Seller’s return and refund policy:
Return or exchange will take effect within 14 days after receipt of the goods. A 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of shipment, please follow the following policy:
To request return information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after receiving the package. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
We do not accept returns unless the product is defective due to the seller, in which case, we will replace the product based on the availability, or the buyer will decide to refund.
To be eligible for return, your product must be unused, packaged intact, the same as when it was received, and resale will not be affected. It must also be in the original packaging.
The redeemed gifts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All costs incurred in the return and exchange shall be borne by the buyer.
Buyers need to provide the air waybill number and clear photo of the returned package after sending the package. Before shipping the returned item, please take a photo of the item for record.
If the buyer has not received the ordered package after 3 months, the buyer can contact the seller to resolve it.
Certain circumstances where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
The product is not in its original condition, damage or missing parts caused by not the seller.
The item was returned more than 14 days after receipt.
Some situations where the seller cannot refund (if applicable):
Returns without original packaging and documents will be rejected.
If the box is opened/damaged, returns will not be accepted.
The package was lost in the returned shipping and the seller never received the returned package.
Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and checking your return, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refund (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00USD you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for the risk of returned item.
Customers only need to pay the freight once (including returns); no replenishment fees are charged to consumers for returned products.
