Shipping Policy
The order processing time is within 1-3 business days, if you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once the order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel or modify it.
Notes:
If a cancellation is applied by the customer for more than 24 hours and the order is shipped, the customer would bear any return shipping fees that may be incurred.
If a wrong address is provided accidentally and the order has been shipped, you'll need to contact your local carrier to transport it to the correct address. But if it leads to the package being lost or becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. We will not replace the order or issue a refund.
